Every Thursday, the week before your delivery, we will let you know what seasonal products are available and will give you the option to add them to your upcoming Fishbox.
These products are not usually found in Fishboxes, so it is a great way to upgrade your box with special extras.
Since we buy direct from local fishermen and only source the freshest produce, we only have limited stock of each product.
So if you fancy something extra in your next Fishbox, you've got to be quick!
DO I HAVE TO BE A FISHBOX CUSTOMER TO GET THESE PRODUCTS?

HOW WILL ADDING EXTRAS TO YOUR FISHBOX WORK?
1. Every Thursday, the week before your Fishbox delivery, we'll send an email to let you know what tasty, seasonal products we have coming in that week.
In the email there will be a link which will take you to our little Fishbox extras website. Looks a bit like this-
Use the link sent in your email to access the exclusive seasonal products!
2. Once you're on the page you can see what seasonal products are available, learn how they were sourced and add any items you fancy to your basket.
Once you're happy with your order you can proceed to check-out where you will be asked to enter your name and address.
You will not be asked to enter your card details and payment will not be taken at this stage. You choose to [Pay Offline]
This is simply an order form that will be sent back to us. Someone lovely from our team will contact you directly to confirm your order and take payment.
3. Since products are subject to availability there is a chance extra seafood will run out quickly, so please make your order as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
Payment will be taken from the card your Fishbox is registered to.
We'll pack and send your extras with your Fishbox and have it delivered to you that week.
WHEN DO I HAVE TO MAKE MY ORDER BY?
To make sure we have enough time to process your order please tell us what you'd like to add to your Fishbox by the following times:
Tuesday Delivery- Order by Sunday Night
Wednesday Delivery- Order by Monday Night
Thursday Delivery- Order by Tuesday Night
Friday Delivery- Order by Wednesday Night
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE CONFIRMED?
Once a member of the team has been in touch with you directly and your payment has been successful, your order will be confirmed.
WHAT IF I WANT TO AMEND MY ORDER?
If you've placed your order and payment has not be taken you get can in touch with us direct and we can edit your order. You will not be charged until you've spoken to a member of our team and we have confirmed it with you.
HOW IS MUCH P&P?
There is no delivery charge, as your extras come with your Fishbox.
HOW DO I PAY?
Once you have placed your order a member of our lovely team will get back in touch to confirm we have all of the products available and ready to send to you. We will then charge the card you have registered to your Fishbox account through our secure payment system. So no hassle!
HOW WILL THE EXTRA PRODUCTS ARRIVE?
All of your Fishbox extras and Fishbox will arrive in one box as one order. The same delivery guidelines apply, so there is no need to sign for your box, it can be left somewhere safe. All of your add-on items will be labelled just like any other Fishbox products.

WHAT KIND OF PRODUCTS WILL I BE ABLE TO ADD TO MY FISHBOX?
It completely depends on the season and what our fishermen are catching in the seas!
We will be offering sides of salmon, fresh, hot-smoked and cold-smoked. These are great to have in the house for when family comes to visit, dinner parties or for you to enjoy.
