• 1 onion diced
• 1 green pepper diced
• Conger eel in thin slices
• 4-5 small slices of ginger
• 2 cloves garlic
• Spicy garlic or sweet chilli sauce (store bought)
• 1 tbsp rice wine
• 1/2 tsp salt
• few dashes of pepper
• few dashes of garlic powder
• 1 tsp cornflour
Boil a pan of water and add your noodles.
Marinate eel in the marinade ingredients, then add garlic and ginger.
When oil is hot, stir fry onion and green pepper. Put on plate.
Stir fry fish slices with oil from step 2. When fish changes colour, add in spicy garlic or sweet chilli sauce.
Put onions and green peppers back into the pan and mix together before serving.
