Hake with Aioli and Tortilla Chips - Fishbox

Ingredients

Hake fillets cut into bit size chunks

Aioli

Tortilla chips

 

Serve with:

potatoes

baby tomatoes 

pepper


Method

Cut hake into bite size chunks, toss in aioli and leave for 10 minutes.

Remove hake from the aioli, leave plenty coating, then roll in crushed tortilla chips.

Pop in the oven for about 20 mins at 180 degrees. 

Serve with potatoes and veg
