Smoked Haddock baked in Parmesan cream with crushed new potatoes

Ingredients

Smoked Haddock

Double cream

Parmesan 

Salt & Pepper

New Potatoes

 


Method

Butter a wee ovenproof dish and cut the haddock in half and place in the dish

Pour the double cream over the haddock and sprinkle with lots of freshly grated parmesan, add a wee dash of salt and as much black pepper as you like

Bake in the oven until t's golden 

Serve the haddock on a bed of crushed new potatoes
