Teriyaki style Sea bream with noodles

4 fillets of Fishbox Sea Bream
200ml soya sauce
1 chopped red chilli
8 good sprigs of coriander
2 glace stem ginger
2 tablespoons honey


1) liquidise soya sauce, chilli, coriander, ginger and honey.
2) Add to fish and leave overnight or for at least two hours.
3) Remove fish from marinade and pan fry fish on each side with a little olive oil.
4) Cook noodles in salted boiling water then drain and toss in a little of the fish marinade.
5) Serve fish on top of noodles.
