1 portion of salmon
1 ripe avocado
1-2 tbsp sesame seeds
A handful of salad leaves
For the sauce:
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp maple syrup
1 tsp siracha
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1. Cut the salmon and avocado into small cubes.
2. Make the sauce by mixing all the ingredients together.
3. Add the sauce into a bowl with the salmon and avocado and mix well.
4. Serve on a plate with fresh lemon and a salad of your choice. Enjoy!
