Sesame Glazed Salmon

Add a punch to your Omega-3 rich salmon with this sriracha glaze. Topped with sesame seeds for a satisfying crunch.


  • 4 X 130g salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp sriracha¬†chilli sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove (crushed)
  • 2 tsp ginger (finely grated)
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds


  1. Heat oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6.
  2. In a shallow dish, mix together the chilli sauce, soy, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, crushed garlic and ginger.
  3. Lay the pieces of salmon in the marinade, skin-side up, and set aside for 15 mins.
  4. Put the marinated salmon on a baking tray, skin-side down, and spoon the leftover marinade over the salmon.
  5. Sprinkle with the sesame seeds and roast in the oven for 15 mins, or until done to your liking.
  6. Serve and enjoy.
