For the plaice
2 plaice fillets 1 tbsp of sweet smoked paprika
1/2 tsp of ground cumin
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp of flour
1 tbsp of olive oil
nob of butter
For the salad
Cup of giant couscous
2 x tomatoes (chopped)
6 x spring onions (chopped)
1 x clove of garlic (finely chopped)
1 x green chili or halation chili (chopped)
Boil the cup of giant couscous in salted water for approximately 8 minutes Mix together the paprika, cumin, salt, and flour Dip the fish fillets into the flour mixture Heat the butter and oil in a frying pan and, once hot, add the fish. Cook for approx. two minutes on each side, and be careful not to overcook Mix the chopped salad into the giant couscous salad and add fish to top Grind some fresh black pepper on and serve
