Sea Bream Asian Style - Fishbox

Sea bream

Soy sauce – 1 – 2 tablespoons

Ginger – thumb sized piece finely chopped

Orange – grated peel of half an orange.

Coriander – small bunch.

Mange tout – handful.


Dry your fish with a paper towel

Mix up the soy, ginger, orange and coriander.

Pour over your fish and leave to marinade for 30 mins.

Prepare your steamer with some greaseproof paper which the fish and mange tout will sit on, but don’t cover up all the holes!

Steam for around 6 – 8 minutes or until it looks cooked through!

Enjoy! Can be served with rice or noodles!
